- add tar to deflate examples, reword shannon-limit

- resolve all abbreviations in speaker notes (cmyk, rgb, css, html, http,
smtp, url, cjk, utf-8, si, iec, iot, lto, ssd, hdd, ecc, raid, vhs,
fft, jpeg, aac, riaa, foss, iis, rle)
- minor slide fixes: hex examples, byte value, wording improvements
