update compression slides with german terminology

- rename to "Verlustfrei vs. Verlustbehaftet"
- rename to "Verlustfrei: Lauflängenkodierung (RLE)"
- merge duplicate lossy slides into "Verlustbehaftet: Der Trick"
- add hexed.it QR code and link
