improve termin 1 to match termin 0 quality
- frontpage: black bg, title, 223015b, git link
- email: mail@librete.ch (both files)
- remove forum references (no forum for 60 students)
- remove screenshot requirements (just experiment)

- deepen speaker notes for bits/bytes beginners:
